Paris, 15 December 2025 \u2013 <\/span>RGREEN INVEST, an independent management company specializing in financing the energy transition, announces the launch of RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION, its first <\/span>EVERGREEN<\/span> fund classified under SFDR Article 9, currently undergoing <\/span>Greenfin<\/span> certification, and approved under ELTIF2, designed for retail investors.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION now brings RGREEN INVEST\u2019s expertise, previously reserved for institutional investors, to individual investors, making green infrastructure investments more accessible and contributing to European energy sovereignty. From January, the fund will be listed in the unit-linked funds of life and retirement contracts from various French insurance companies. This approach offers private investors the opportunity to participate directly in financing low-carbon infrastructure and the decarbonisation of the economy, while seeking sustainable performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n With 15 years of experience in financing sustainable infrastructure, and having invested over \u20ac3.4 billion in debt and equity across over 3,000 projects mostly in Europe, RGREEN INVEST is responding to the growing demand from private investors with the launch of RGREEN ENERGY TRANSITION. The fund will invest directly and indirectly (via INFRAGREEN and INFRABRIDGE funds) in low-carbon infrastructure, including renewable energy, electrification of uses, and energy efficiency.
