Before joining RGREEN INVEST as Technical Director in 2022, Olivier led the development of international IPP projects (initiation, procurement, design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance) mainly in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He has worked for almost 20 years in the entire value chain of infrastructure and power plant development at the multinational utility EDF.

Olivier is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, France’s leading engineering school, and holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from Paris XI and the CEA (Commissariat à l’Énergie Atomique et aux énergies renouvelables).

In 2025, Clément joined RGREEN INVEST as a Technical Manager. He is responsible for activities related to investment opportunities and the oversight of assets under construction.

He has around 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy infrastructure. He began his career as a Wind Performance Analyst on a VIE assignment in Edinburgh with EDF Renewables, before joining JP Énergie Environnement, where he operated wind and solar farms for three years.

He then led the Asset Management France department at Greensolver for over three years, managing around twenty wind and solar farms on behalf of various clients, including investment funds and independent power producers in France and abroad.

Before joining RGREEN INVEST in 2018 to create the middle office team, Sandrine worked as an Asset & Accountant Manager for Upsolar Europe, a PV manufacturer holder of several Positive Impact projects. Before that, she was Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Gabon Airlines, where she was responsible for all internal and external audit recommendations for four years.

In addition to a Master’s degree in Asset Management and Controlling, Accounting, and Financial Management, Sandrine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Dijon.

Anne joined RGREEN INVEST in 2024 as Fund Controller. She began her career as an Accountant at Wilder Harrier, a B Corp start-up from Montreal, before moving to PwC Canada, where she advanced from Junior to Senior Financial Auditor. She then served as an FP&A Analyst at Ubisoft in Montreal, overseeing budgets and cost tracking for the Tech division, before becoming a Financial Controller at Editions Flammarion in Paris.

Anne has a Specialized Graduate Diploma in professional accounting from HEC Montréal and is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountants holder.

He previously worked at HSBC France and HSBC Asset Management, as an Investor Relations Manager, and at Aviva Investor as the Director of Client Solutions. Most recently, he was the Head of Investor Relations at Sienna Private Credit. At RGREEN INVEST, he is Director of Business Development & Investor Relations, where he leverages over 20 years of expertise in the field.

Steven joined RGREEN INVEST in 2023 as an Investor Relations Analyst and brings private equity advisory experience from his time at MVision Private Equity Advisers in Hong Kong. During his tenure at MVision, he worked on project management, origination, and distribution initiatives for leading Asian private equity firms. His previous experience at Aptar and Armor Capital as an M&A analyst allows him to cover the full spectrum of private equity financing, including primary and secondary transactions, co-investments, and direct investments. Justine Sicard joined RGREEN INVEST in 2023. She was previously Senior Compliance Officer at C-Quadrat AM, where she was responsible for compliance and internal control issues. At HSBC Global Asset Management in Paris, Justine oversaw large regulatory projects and advised the operational and investor relations teams. At Anaxis Asset Management, she was involved in the development of internal procedures, conflict of interest management and regulatory relations. She started her career at Société Générale, where she notably audited the Group’s anti-money laundering measures for its foreign institutions. Justine is a graduate of Sciences Po Aix and holds a Master’s degree in "Compliance, Risk Control and Financial Security" from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

Arrivée chez RGREEN INVEST en 2025 en tant que Compliance Associate, Elsa a 5 ans d'expérience en conformité et contrôle interne dans le secteur du Private Equity.

En 2021 et pour une durée de 4 ans, elle a travaillé chez AGAMA, un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l'externalisation de la fonction de RCCI et de contrôle interne. Ses principales missions étaient de gérer un portefeuille de clients, principalement des sociétés de gestion de portefeuille et d'assister ces dernières dans la réalisation des plans de contrôle et des reportings règlementaires.

Prior to this, he gained substantial experience in sustainable finance, initially as an ESG Analyst for 4 years at Bpifrance, within the French Export Credit Agency, and then as a Senior Consultant in Sustainable Finance at KPMG. In these roles, he developed key skills to effectively contribute to the integration of ESG issues into the operations and performance of companies.

Academically, Franck holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Urban Environmental Science from the École Nationale des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a Master of Engineering – Enviromental Engineering from the Institut Polytechnique UniLaSalle.
